We actually use sendgrid for our automated emails (use CM for newsletters). When we send to some bigpond.com users all content is stripped out. I have no way of browser testing, mail client testing etc. It is fairly common though so I'd like to get it resolved as the emails are very important to their recipients.
If anyone else has heard this happening please let me know possible solutions e.g. text only vs alternate mail provider vs SPF records (the domain is on Google Apps and has SPF records set up)
Hey there rodneyrodney, have you discussed this with SendGrid support? This seems like bad news for your system emails, but surely there must be other customers in a similar position. I'd be fascinated to know what's happening here... Hopefully a couple of our customers can offer suggestions!
