Emails not being delivered

I hope someone can help me here.

I have a database that I send a newsletter to. I know that the email addresses are correct but when I send the newsletter out only I receive it, no one else.

Surely this cant be related to a spam issue as the different email addresses spread over a variety of ISP's

If anyone can help it will be much appreciated.
