Unable to log into account and password retrieval not working

We are unable to log into our account.
Tried the automated password request, but we have not received anything.
Emailed support yesterday, no reply...yet.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
Do CampaignMonitor just close accounts and if so what happens to our data?

Concerns about the service and support levels.
Not impressed.

Sorry for your trouble. We respond to every email we receive, but it looks like our response (and the automated reset email) did not reach you. I see from our records you were able to get the emails at an alternate address though.
