"desktop email clients" disappeared after test

After running through the test, desktop email clients including thunderbird, aol 9, windows mail and a couple of others disappeared from the list. Anyone know what this means? This happened after about 2 hrs of checking on those particular clients, the others were verified in about 10 min. and all spam filter results got checks.
