Has anyone had to wait more than 2 weeks to have their account approved ?
I signed up on the 6th January and created my newsletter ready to go. Everything is ready, but I cannot send the newsletter to my customers until my account is approved. The website says it could be approved in 12 hours. Its now been 16 days and I have contacted support 3 times with no response or action.
Any thoughts ??
I have replied every time to your approval request asking for more information but have not heard back from you - perhaps our emails are being filtered at your end? Do you have an alternate email address you can contact support with?
I can assure you that we always reply within 12 hours to approval requests, I personally clear the inbox every day.
