Problem linking to PDF

We've created an email campaign that includes a link to a PDF. It works perfectly for several of our test users who receive the preview test. However one person can not link to the PDF. Instead she gets an error that says the web page cannot be found -  Wrong address or link out of date.

Any idea what could be happening?

Do you know what email client she is using? Also, you might want to get her to send you the actual URL she is ending up on, to see if that is correct or not.

Thanks for your reply Mathew.

Their IT looked into it and said it was a local problem with the company's internal DNS.  Only affected users were on an terminal server (VPN or internal to the company).  All external users were OK.
