Client Access To Template Editor

I've imported templates for my clients.  Is there any way to give them access to the template editor so they can edit their template content themselves?

Campaign Monitor doesn't actually have a *template* editor - all the editing is done outside of Campaign Monitor just like you did to create them initially. Only the account owner has access to update and add templates.

There is a WYSIWYG editor for the content which you can add and change inside the editable areas of the template, and that shows up automatically when your client creates a template based campaign.

Thank you for the reply.  Just to clarify, I can see the editor you speak of when I login.  But when I login as the client I do not have the option to edit the editable template areas.  Am I missing a permissions setting somewhere?

To allow clients to add content using the WYSIWYG editor, just tick the "Create and send their own campaigns" checkbox under Client Settings.

However the Templates tab isn't available to clients, only to you as the designer.

You'll need to make the call - give your client full access to your account or make the changes on their behalf.

If you've got multiple clients then this isn't advisable, but you could always create a new account purely for your client with full access. - Everything Email.
