We use a number of custom fields which pull through address details into the master template.
When you click on the link "view it in your browser" none of the custom field information is displayed. Is this just the way Campaign Monitor works or is there something we are forgetting to do?
When you send the actual campaign, and an individual clicks on their own copy of the web version link, it will still be personalised. The generic 'newsletter archive' version, and the preview / test email version will just show the fallback values.
