Key Performance Indicators in the Reporting

I have some suggestions for new Key Performance Indicators in the Reporting

    * Churn rate
    * Click-To-Open Rate
    * List hurdle rate over time (year)

Something really interesting for me: you should suggest the number of new email the client should acquire each day/month/year to continue to grow it list or keep it stable (counting unsubscribe, spam complaint, bounced)

So we can fix goal on list growing. Many customers doesn't realize that their list is decreasing or just stable each year
