My client was advised on Monday at 1pm that their campaign would need to be approved and this would happen within 12 hours, it has now been over 72 hours.
Can anyone advise why I can speed this process up ?
approval isn't supposed to take that long at all.
I recommend emailing support and telling them which client it is, and how their subscribers opted in.
I'm fairly certain we've got this sorted out now but if not just shoot another email to support.
