I have sent 4 emails about my campaign and nothing not one response has been sent back about what is being done about the problem.
I sent a large campaign at 12:00 noon est today. It still says in tracking that 0 emails have been sent.
Please post a phone number I can call so I can contact someone about this problem and find a solution for my client.

Sorry for the delay, we have been extremely busy with support due to the merging of the two products. I understand this is very frustrating for you, and we're working on getting your campaign going right now. I've replied to your support email separately.
I don't have a number for you, but I can relate to your frustration.
I sent a large campaign at 11 am pst and now, after 1pm, it's only 87 percent complete. I like that it now tells me how much of the campaign has been sent, but this size campaign (38000) took about half an hour last week. Their sending servers seem to be choked up for some reason.
